Patrick Mooney, A Celebration of his Life and Love of Music - Sunday 16 March at 7:00 PM

Join us to celebrate the life and love of music of Patrick Mooney, a well know figure throughout Lewisham & Greenwich.

Patrick Mooney was well known for his work at many local schools, for his love of music and also as a guitar teacher and performer.

During his musical career there were many achievements of which he was proud, including becoming the Chairman of The Deptford and Greenwich Schools Music Association, the publishing of his book 'Guitar Courses for Teachers' and being voted 'Performer of the Year' at the Eltham Folk Club.

The concert will reflect the many varieties of music that Pat was involved with, including classical guitar performances, traditional Irish music, folk music, and a West End Musical Review featuring eight of Lond's top performers.

All profits from the event will be donated in Pat's name to 'The Musicians Benevolent Fund's Talented Young Musicians Awards'.
