Take Your Seat | Frequently Asked Questions

Take your seat: Name a seat campaign

When do I send my chosen dedication text?

You will be contacted in September 2018 via email to confirm the final dedication you would like to include on your plaque.

How much space will I have?

We will confirm this to you in September. Character limitations will apply.

How long will my seat be in the venue?

Seat naming rights are in effect for a minimum of 10 years or until general wear and tear means the raked seating must be replaced, after which we will get in touch with you to ask whether you wish to renew your message.

Can I name any seat?

All seats available for dedication are allocated on a first come first served basis and cannot be requested. However, Prime Seats can be chosen specifically. The front three rows of the fixed raked seating will not be available for naming due to wheelchair access.

Please Note

Blackheath Halls reserves the right to approve and adjust the final message on your plaque. Naming a seat does not guarantee that you will be able to book this seat as part of your ticket purchases.

Coronavirus (Covid-19)

Following recent government advice, we have taken the decision to stop public events at Blackheath Halls for the immediate future.
