A new project for a group of 10 budding composers aged 11-100 to work together to create a brand new piece of music about the COVID-19 crisis in sessions led by Lucy Drever and Colm O Braoin. Further details here 

A Journey Through The Rake's Progress

AUG - SEP | Zoom-Online

We’re looking for singers and instrumentalists to take part in creating a film that tells the story of Stravinsky’s opera The Rake’s Progress. Working online through August and September with Christopher Stark and James Hurley. You will learn about this opera whilst performing small sections as part of a huge mosaic of community participants. Further details here

Sing your heart out to songs from the shows, folk songs and pop greats. No need to read music, if you enjoy singing in the shower that’s all the experience you need! Further details here

We may not be opening our doors just yet...but that doesn't mean we can't entertain you!

We bring to you a variety of fun events and projects to enjoy from home during August & September supported by City Bridge Trust. From Singalong and Coffee sessions, composition and opera projects and even variety evenings hosted by our opera patron, there is plenty going on and if you can't come into Blackheath Halls, we can join you in your home instead.
