Harkiret Singh Bahra is an acclaimed performer, teacher and champion of Indian classical music. With a deep grounding in traditional tabla, he has built a reputation for both exceptional musicianship and a passion for sharing the art form with new audiences. Alongside his performances, Harkiret leads workshops and educational projects across the UK, inspiring the next generation of musicians and helping to celebrate the richness and diversity of Indian classical music.

sarod on the international stage. Rooted in the centuries-old tradition of Hindustani classical music, their performances bring the two instruments together in an intimate musical
dialogue, which The Times of India has described as “breathtaking… lyrical beauty out of the top drawer.”
They were the first musicians to represent India at the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles, a museum celebrating the history, artistry and cultural impact of music across all genres and have also been nominated for the Global Indian Music Academy Award for Best Classical Instrumentalists.
