1. Continuous Authority Payments and Auto-Renewal for Memberships

1.1  If you choose Continuous Authority Payments (CAP), these will be taken automatically on an annual or monthly basis as requested.

1.2  If the amounts to be paid for your membership change, Blackheath Halls will notify you in advance of your payment being taken.

1.3  If we are unable to collect your payment, you will receive an automatic ‘Auto Renew’ failure email and we will assume you have cancelled your membership.

1.4 Your payment will automatically renew each year/month depending on your membership plan.

1.5  You can cancel your CAP by writing to Blackheath Halls. If you set-up CAP for monthly payments for your membership, you will not be able to cancel your CAP before the full membership period of 12 months has been taken, as you have made a commitment to pay for a membership for 1 year in monthly instalments. If you do cancel your monthly CAP before your 12 month membership period, your membership will be terminated immediately and you will not be eligible for any benefits that come with your membership. We may also have the right to remove any previous benefits that you have used under the membership benefits.
