A booking fee of £2 per transaction will apply for all tickets purchased by phone or online. There are no booking fees for Blackheath Halls Friends, and Patrons.

On The Night
Tickets are sometimes available on the door at the venue on the night of a performance. Please arrive early to avoid disappointment.

Print At Home Tickets

You will not receive a physical printed ticket, and you won’t need to collect one when you arrive at the Halls. Instead, you will receive a print at home ticket to your email address. (N.B. this may go to your junk folder depending on your security settings.) The email with ticket attachment will come from [email protected]

Please either print out your print at home ticket/s or have displayed on your mobile device to present to the Front of House staff at the door.

Wheelchair users  – The venue is fully accessible for customers with reduced mobility.

  • young people under the age of 18
  • people aged 60 plus
  • students
  • those in receipt of unemployment benefits
  • those in receipt of disability benefits (who are also entitled to a free companion ticket)

Make the most of our group bookings scheme, with savings of 10% on tickets for groups of 10-19 people and 20% for groups of 20 or more.

Please note that our free events are popular and may be oversubscribed. When free events are listed as ticketed we recommend booking in advance to ensure a seat.

Bar Facilities

Blackheath Halls boasts a friendly, cashless bar offering a fine selection of wine, beer, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks for a pre-show drink, interval or post-show tipple.

Whether you’re after a cold beer, a soft drink or some celebratory bubbly, we’ll be happy to help.

The bar opens an hour before the performance starts to accommodate those wanting to arrive early and remains open after the performance.

Tea and coffee is also available for daytime concerts, plus a selection of snacks.

Order Online

You can now pre-order drinks for collection via the QR code below or this web link, allowing you the opportunity to save time queuing.

Pre-ordering is available from 3 days prior to the performance, where you can select a time slot to coincide with your arrival. This is also available for interval orders where your drinks will be waiting for you in the box office area. Please have your order receipt handy for collection.

Exchanges and Refunds

Tickets may be exchanged for another event at Blackheath Halls or for a credit voucher at a handling fee of £2 per transaction up to 48 hours prior to the event/performance. All tickets are non-refundable.

All discounts are subject to availability and cannot be combined.

  • Credit vouchers and Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue or purchase
  • The right is reserved to substitute artists and to vary programmes where necessary

If you wish to transfer your ticket into someone else’s name, please contact us by email or telephone at least 24 hours before the start of the event and we will do our best to accommodate the change.

Except as permitted above, your tickets may not be transferred or resold. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any bearer of a ticket if we believe their ticket has been transferred or resold in breach of this condition.

Performance Cancellations

In the event of a performance being cancelled or postponed, we will contact all bookers either by email or phone to let them know the rescheduled date or to offer a refund or credit voucher.

Please note that booking charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend visiting us via public transport and are very accessible being less than 25 minutes from Central London.

By Train
National Rail trains run from London Victoria (21 mins), London Charing Cross (23 mins), London Waterloo East (19 mins), London Bridge (12 mins), Bexleyheath and Dartford (23 mins).

As you come out of Blackheath Station, turn right and we are a two-minute walk up the hill.

DLR  – The nearest Docklands Light Railway station is Lewisham. Connections can be made to Blackheath by National Rail or bus.

Bus Routes 54, 89, 108, 202, 380, 386, and N89 all stop in Blackheath Village

The nearest car park is behind Blackheath Station. This is 5 minutes walk from Blackheath Halls. A map and further directions can be found here.

Please be aware if you are travelling by car that Blackheath Halls falls within the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ).

Parking The nearest car park to Blackheath Halls is Blackheath Station pay and display car park, which is two minutes walk from the Halls. Please note that there is no parking at the Halls and that parking is not permitted in Blackheath Park, the adjacent private road.
