Relaxed Performance

Relaxed Performances are intended for anyone who would benefit from experiencing a show in a more relaxed and informal environment.

There is a relaxed approach to audience movement and noise, and you are free to enter and exit the auditorium throughout the performance. There will be some adjustments to reduce sound levels, and house lighting will be dimmed rather than turned off.

The Hearn Recital Room will be available as a quiet space (on first floor; accessible by lift)

The production itself will remain the same, and all are welcome.

The Tall Stories team have created The Gruffalo’s Child Visual Guide to the show which provides details of everything to expect from the performance.

Blackheath Halls Visual Guide is provided to assist in the preparation of a visit to Blackheath Halls and to help familiarise visitors with the surroundings.

Please visit our Accessibility Page for full details of the facilities on offer and to assist in planning your visit or via the AccessAble website
