We are delighted to announce we are now working with with Nimbus Disability, to make ticketing and access to Blackheath Halls more inclusive for customers with accessibility requirements.

Our partnership with Nimbus Disability will further improve the booking journey by offering online booking for the first time, through this new access registration scheme. Registering is a three-step process, is valid for three years and is completely free.

Access Card holders are able to view and book access seats tickets online for the following:

  • Wheelchair seats
  • Companion tickets
  • Assistance Dogs

All you need to do in order to view the access seating in our seating plans, is to register for an Access Card (£16 per year for access to all participating venues) or Blackheath Halls Digital Access card (free of charge).

If you do not have an Access Card or Digital Access card, you can still request accessible seating by calling the Box Office on 020 8463 0100 or visiting in person during Box Office opening hours 10am-5pm Mon-Fri.

What happens after you apply for an Access Card/Digital Access Card?

Once you have completed the online application form, and your application has been successful, Nimbus will provide you with a unique registration number via email which you can then use to link your access card to your Blackheath Halls account.

After you have done this, when booking tickets online, seats associated to your requirements will show automatically on the seating plans, where there is availability for those seats.

If you already have an Access Card, link your card here
