Under the experienced conducting baton of Chris Stark you’ll be accompanying Blackheath Halls Chorus and four world-class soloists in this extraordinary work that explores themes of oppression and humanity. Drawing inspiration from Bach’s Passions while weaving in the profound beauty of African American spirituals, this is deeply stirring music that speaks to the heart of human experience, culminating in a strong message of hope and reconciliation.
