Iggety ziggety zaggety zoom!

Jump on board the broom with the witch and her cat in Tall Stories’ fun-filled adaptation of Room on the Broom, the much-loved picture book by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler. The witch and her cat are travelling on their broomstick when they pick up some hitch-hikers – a friendly dog, a beautiful green bird and a frantic frog.

But this broomstick’s not meant for five and – CRACK – it snaps in two… just as the hungry dragon appears! Will there ever be room on the broom for the witch and her four passengers?

Find out in the magical Olivier Award-show for audiences aged 3 and up.

Relaxed Performance

Relaxed Performances are intended for anyone who would benefit from experiencing a show in a more relaxed and informal environment. The production itself will remain the same, and all are welcome.

There is a relaxed approach to audience movement and noise, and you are free to enter and exit the auditorium throughout the performance. There will be some adjustments to reduce sound levels, and house lighting will be dimmed rather than turned off.

Wherever possible, a chill-out space will be made available (if this is on the first floor it will be accessible by lift if required).

Blackheath Halls Visual Guide is provided to assist in the preparation of a visit to Blackheath Halls and to help familiarise visitors with the surroundings.
